As an independent real estate strategic and capital markets advisor, Accrete leverages Jennifer Robertson’s 20+ years of experience with J.P. Morgan, GE Capital, and DRA, as well as owners, operators and developers. Jennifer most recently has served as a Chief Financial Officer and Board Member for a portfolio company of Legal & General Capital/ client. Prior experiences include Head of Debt Capital Markets, Acquisitions Officer and Portfolio & Asset Manager. Further, she has structured and procured approximately $7B of capital (debt & equity), portfolio managed over $1.5B of direct assets and private equity investments for a pension fund, as well as asset-managed over 19+million square feet of diverse real estate assets.

Over the past two decades Jennifer has amassed valuable experience operating, managing, acquiring investments, and procuring capital. She also has deep long-standing relationships with global banks, institutional investors, and sovereign funds. Accrete utilizes Jennifer’s extensive knowledge of real estate and relationships to create bespoke company, portfolio and capital solutions for their clients.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University with a concentration in Finance, a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
